Submission procedure

You start submission procedure with creating your account (follow the link below the log in window). After completing the registration you can access your account to upload abstract, full paper, monitor status and reply for reviews

Several types of participation will be possible:
1. PowerPoint presentation (will be recorded in advance)
2. Without presentation (audience), but with publishing of a paper
3. Publishing of papers without presence at the conference


Extended abstract of a paper should be written in English, and must also include the following information:

Extended Abstract should be prepared according to the template and submitted via our conference website: Abstracts Submission.

Submissions are welcome from 1st November 2020 and must be received before 1st February 2021. Notification of acceptance will be sent before 15th February 2021.

All selected extended abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN (digital library only).


If your extended abstract was selected you can also prepare an 8-page full manuscript which will be included in the conference proceedings and send to IWA publishing office.

Full paper should be prepared according to the template and submitted via our conference website, following the same procedure as for abstracts submission.

Deadline for submission of full manuscripts is 15th February 2021.

The selected papers will be additionally reviewed by IWA and published in the following journals: Water Science and Technology and Water Science and Technology: Water Supply.
